In a standalone environment, a user logs into their Out of the Box Printing account. A user selects the product they wish to personalize, previews the changes and the system automatically emails the proof directly to your customer. The customer opens the email and clicks on the link that takes them directly to their proof (no pdf attachments). A customer may then request additional changes, make the changes themselves or approve the proof. Once the proof is approved, an email is generated to the email address of the standalone user.

In an integrated environment, the personalization, proofing and approval process is seamlessly interfaced to your existing website. A customer will select a product, personalize the item, preview their changes and then approve it for print. Once the order is submitted through your website, an email is generated to your email address.

Out of the Box Printing manages the status of a proof from creation to approval. At any time, you may login into your account and track current projects, search on active or closed projects and see all collaboration captured during the approval process.
